Do you need a new facemask but don’t want to buy a new one? Facemask showing battle damage from the season? Do you want that factory-fresh look again? Then a recertified and recoated facemask is the way to go, all for a fraction of the price of a brand new one.
Every facemask is inspected for spreading, breaks and bends. If we receive a facemask that is unrepairable, it WILL NOT be recoated and you will be given the option to have it returned as is or discarded. You can purchase a new one to replace it should you desire to do so.
Once the facemask passes inspection, it will be recoated to your color of choice with the same Thermoplastic Powder Coating used by all 4 of the major helmet manufacturers. Every facemask will be NOCSAE Certified as well.

How to Order
- Complete the Order Form and include it with your facemask(s).
- After your order is received, the process will begin within 2 Business days. If there are any facemasks failures, we will reach out to you to see if you would like them replaced. If so, the cost will be added and the invoice emailed to you. Your old facemask will be discarded unless you want it back as is.
- Box the facemasks securely and ship them to 3rd Coast Custom Helmets 6140 HWY 6 S #84 Missouri City, TX 77459.
- 50% deposit is required before any work is started.
- Turnaround time is 3-4 weeks. An additional 1-2 weeks may be needed during peak months.
